They were easy and prompt to schedule. They arrived on-time and installed a 20 amp circuit in my basement with no problems. Looks good and runs a smaller fridge/freezer combo and a vertical freezer. Very satisfied. The price was certainly reasonable as well. Service: Electrical outlet & switch installation

I can't speak for the quality of work this company does, but if it similar to the experience a first time customer receives, I'm quite happy they would not do the work I needed. I asked for an online estimate for work I needed done. Kayla asked me to email her what I needed an estimate on, which I did immediately. The next day I got back an email with no estimate, just one sentence indicating they did not want my business. Fortunately the Kansas City metro area is overflowing with companies willing to do electrical work, although they don't have such a catchy name.

Beware, I'll get straight to the point. Tech was great, had a wonderful time chatting with him while working. After tech left found out that only 4 out of the 5 data drops worked. Called the office spoke with them twice. It has been 2.5 weeks and still waiting on someone to show up or even receive a call back. If you use them confirm everything works before they leave, because you will be chasing them to come back and fix the problem. Reading other reviews it looks like this company may be quantity over quality. Update: they’ve fixed everything, tech was great.
