I was very pleased with the services provided by Joe Kilowatt. Kent was there in the time frame that was agreed upon, got a couple of outlets repaired and installed 3 new outlets in my home. He was very professional, got the job done quickly, and his work looked amazing when it was done. I am excited to call to have them come out again to install some outdoor outlets for me. The price was very affordable and reasonable. I'm happy that I now have a go-to company that I can use for all my electrical needs. They were easy and prompt to schedule. They arrived on-time and installed a 20 amp circuit in my basement with no problems. Looks good and runs a smaller fridge/freezer combo and a vertical freezer. This company did a good job on the electricall in my newly built home. It is normal to catch things and have the contractors come back to address minor issues. The first tech was professional, fixed the minor issue, explained the cost of having them back. He was thorough and HONEST I wish I remembered his name. We decided to have more work done and found another minor issue (switch was up for off down for on). The 2nd tech BRETT was sent to our home. I explained the minor issue and that it was my understanding that if they did it wrong they would fix it. We had him install a panel for our security keypad which we expected to pay for. The backwards switch I expected him to fix at no cost. He took it upon himself to install a wireless swit h and charge us for it (time and switch). He explained to my husband that I requested this and called me a liar. He even insisted that it wasn't incorrectly setup to begin with.
