Hometown Heroes Heating and Cooling of Raytown

A gentleman came out for the second time to look at my air conditioner unit because it was blowing warm air. He told me I needed a whole new unit because if he put some parts on it, it would only last a couple of days. He had me fill out a couple of applications for $10,000 because that's what he said I needed. I had a different company come out and told me I only needed a new fan motor, much cheaper. I ended up spending $140.The guy from hometown heroes put a hard start part on my unit which would've in turn caused by compressor on my unit to go out. It was definitely unhooked. Definitely get a second opinion because hometown heroes obviously work on commission. Now, hometown heroes decided to turn my son on to collections. Hometown heroes, come get this part that you put on that I didn't need and you could've made my WHOLE unit break down!

We had a new furnace installed. Aaron, Brian and the guys are all awesome. Professional and prompt! They explained and answered my questions concerning our heating and cooling system and were very knowledgeable about it. These guys know their stuff and do great work. The name fits well. We've had Hometown Heros out to service our a/c unit which wasn't cooling. James came out and worked on the problem for quite a while. When he was finished, he not only found the problem, he explained to us (so that we could understand) what was going on and what he did.
