Andrew came out next day, and instead of trying to sell us a new unit, he provided different options to help us save money. He was direct, throughout and honest! I am a very picky person very skeptical. I can tell you I am very happy with this company. My new system works it actually works. My last ac unit I never thought it worked well and I hated it. Is this company the cheapest no, but you get what you pay for.. good quality work. If you want to support a good company with good workers, then this is the place. Thank you!

My parents air conditioner stopped working on a Sunday and one of the hottest days of the summer. I called Hometown Heroes because my husband and I had used them earlier in the summer and they were great. I called them for my parents at 3 pm on a Sunday. At 4:30, someone was at their house working on the unit. So impressed with the response time of this company. Their customer service on the phone and in person is exceptional!
