Hometown Heroes Heating and Cooling of Raytown

My parents air conditioner stopped working on a Sunday and one of the hottest days of the summer. I called Hometown Heroes because my husband and I had used them earlier in the summer and they were great. I called them for my parents at 3 pm on a Sunday. At 4:30, someone was at their house working on the unit. So impressed with the response time of this company. Their customer service on the phone and in person is exceptional!

I’m extremely thankful and impressed with Andrews expertise and service. He came out to my place on a 100+ degree day and helped get our unit running again. The current company I use(PoleStar) told me it was broken and I needed a whole new unit. Andrew saved me $6,000. I will NEVER go anywhere else again. It is hard to find a good/trustworthy HVAC Contact and I am super thankful for this partnership. This company has my business for life!
