The guy answering the phone was very nice and professional. I had a leak under the shut off valve so I couldn't turn it off. It was spraying water under my kitchen sink and pouring out onto my floor. I explained the situation and even though it was a last minute call, he had a guy out to my location within the hour. Our plumber was also very nice, professional and informative as to exactly what the cause of our problem was. Will definitely be using these guys in the future! Service: Plumbing leak detection

We called them to fix the leak between the well and the house. David was very responsive and got out quickly to figure out the problem. He found a solution and was quick to come back out and fix the problem. They had to dig up a lot of our yard, but took the time to even it all back out and made it look good! Called for help with a leak. After briefly looking at the issue and finding it was something different than he originally thought, the tech spent about 20 minutes sat on the back of his truck calling people and mumbling that he'd never seen anything like this before and he didn't know what to do. I had to leave and pick up my son from school and when I get back the tech was gone. He didn't call to report anything but I received a bill in the mail a few weeks later for labor and repairs. He told the water extraction person at the house that this was a legal issue for our builder and left to call him but didn't notify us of anything despite having my number. I'd use another company as their priority isn't their customers but the relationships they have with builders and making money
