*update to previous review* They were purchased by another owner. Service went downhill. I needed a new humidifier cylannoid. The tech told me it would be $237. I said I was going to call my brother to ask before such a large purchase. He then said "sorry, I meant $144." I declined the service. My brother found the part on Amazon for $17. I wont be using this company again. AC had been running almost nonstop and they were able to fit me into their schedule. Mike had serviced my furnace in the fall and made some suggestions to help my AC after cleaning everything out, including the coil (upcharge but 100% worth it). It cools so much more efficiently and doesn't work nonstop anymore. He wore a mask at all times and was very pleasant. I look forward to using this company as my Mom has done for her home. Cordell was very efficient in taking care of our concerns and in a timely manner. We couldn't get a new filter in and he explained the switch on the furnace had to be turned off to change it. Also concerned about the air flow. He explained our system has a two system,slower at first, then speeds up as a energy-efficient benefit. We were very satisfied after Cordell went over the features.
