I have a HSA home warranty and have had Action out twice for two different issues. Jack, the owner, is very knowledgeable when it comes to working with home warranties and he does a great job. His plumber, Mark is very nice and personable as well. I would recommend and will use them again.
Action Rooter sent repair techinian Jeff Crow to my home today. Mr. Crow was very knowledable , friendly, & prompt! Action Rooter contacted me immediately yesterday and set an appointment time for me today. They were 15 minutes ahead of schedule. I definitely recommend this company and Jack Crow as well! Action rooter was assigned through a home warranty company to help with a clogged drain. They quickly fixed the clog and were able to locate several leaks in my pipes. They ended up doing a total repipe on the house, with the home warranty paying partially, and at a very fair price. I'll be using them for anything that might come up in the future. Todd is great!
