They will charge you for more time than the technician was actually there and diagnose the problem completely wrong. Show up almost an hour late and charge you for the time he was late for. Ridiculous! Also, they will charge you 3x the actual price for replacement parts. Don’t use Connelly!
My sink was clogged with excess food that my daughter was not completely either throwing it in the trash or using the disposal and I couldn't cook, clean the kitchen or do laundry. I informed my landlord and she said they would be calling. And I decided to call them and I spoke with Amber, who in return, said that the next day was the earliest availability. I expressed the adversity of the situation and I received a call to let me know they were on the way. The gentleman dispatched on the call, was very polite, respectful and swiftly precise in getting my kitchen flowing again. Thank you Connelly!
Absolutely terrible experience! Very rude and entitled, didn’t fulfill the work we discussed, and destroyed my yard. Family who owns this company are completely rooted in racism and entitlement. Service: Outdoor plumbing system repair
