Jamie and John were both great! They may have saved us a lot of time and money! Had some minor damage to a newer roof causing bad leaks, and they inspected, sealed some things up, and even pointed out an issue unrelated to our roof that we are currently having repaired. We had other roofers out wanting to tear up huge parts of roof, but Jamie and John were very thorough with their inspection, asked the right questions, and sealed some loose tiles as a courtesy. Let me start out by saying WOW! I’ve been in customer service, most of my life, so I hold people to very high standards, and Jamie Garrison, and customer service representative Tracey not only met my expectations, but exceeded them. I called Tracey very stressed out about shingles coming off my roof and a leak in my kitchen and she not only got me set up with an appointment, but called back the next day to check on how I was doing, and to reassure me of when Jamie would be out to look at it. When Jamie arrived, he was very quick but thorough on figuring out what needed to be done with my roof and then just ended up fixing it while he was here. Tracey had let me know that his schedule was extremely busy but he went out of the way to talk to me personally for 30 minutes before his next appointment.
