I truly appreciate the quick reply and getting to the job quickly during a very busy season. The tech James stayed in touch throughout and the repairs are quite sound. Great experience.

I had Reeds plumbinbyg do the final connection of 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, and 2 laundries in my duplex. They were unbearably expensive, charging $215/hr for both Plumbers, master and junior. However, that was disclosed, so I was less bothered by that. What REALLY upset me was that they overbilled me by almost 5 hrs x 2 guys, x $430! I paid it, under duress. They would only reduce the charge by about 500. I watched them, and I know how long they were there. They also charged me over $600 for parts when I had my own parts. RIPOFF!!!!

Poor communication! When I scheduled service, was told I was the 2nd appt of the day. By noon I hadn't heard anything so I called to check in. Was told some things had to be rearranged with their schedule. Why didn't someone call to let me know? New eta was to be mid afternoon. Finally heard from the tech a little before 6pm. I had already lost a full day of work waiting at home for someone to show and by 6pm had long given up - AND had already scheduled with another company. The tech was embarrassed by how poorly this had been handled and seemed surprised I had been told I was his 2nd call of the day. He asked if I wanted to reschedule. I said sure - but only if they want to compensate me for a full day of lost wages. Needless to say I haven't heard back from them at all. Would have thought at the very least someone would have called me the next day with an apology. Nope!
