I hired Vuta Electrical and would like to share some concerns with the company and their billing practices. They replaced the switch to my garbage disposal. Determined which wires to use for my kitchen light to be installed and replaced the light in my hallway. The kitchen and hallway light share a switch in my dining room with separate switches in the kitchen and hallway. The owner installed the light fixture in my kitchen. The new light I asked him to install in the hallway would not work. He ran to Lowe’s to return the light. They didn’t have the 11 inch light, just a 13 inch one. He provided no receipt, just told me the new light was 47.00 with the exchange he charged be 25.00 for the new light. I was told at this time I would be charged two service calls. One for the garbage disposal switch and one for the light fixtures. He also asked for a tip which I felt pressured to give. He charged me for 4 service calls at 120 each, 22.73 for using my credit card and tip for a total of $58
