Had a sewer line backup last night and AA quick came out within 30 minutes and solved the issue. The gentleman that came out was very professional and had everything fixed within the hour. Minimal mess and even hosed down the area when he was finished. If I ever have any problems in the future they will be my first call. Service: Sewer cleaning

I called in the morning requesting someone to come out and replace the Gas Valve on my Hot Water Heater. She took all of my information and said she would send someone out this afternoon and they would call before coming. When I didn't hear from them by 4:00 p.m I called to get the status. The guy that answered couldn't find the ticket and said he would get my information again and have them come out tomorrow. At the very least they could have called me and said we won't be able to make it today because everyone is tied up. Pathetic customer service. Don't even waste your time because you will be very disappointed.
