Bart Inman Air Conditioning and Heat

Our furnace went out on one of the coldest days this year (and it was a Friday). I called Inman Air based on a review from a family member. They were very responsive and sent someone out within a few hours. The technician was very professional and considerate of my time. He quickly solved the problem, never tried to upsell me on any services that were not necessary. He also shared some great money saving tips should our unit go out in the future. I had called another national company for some rusted pipes that I saw coming out of my furnace. They told me I needed to replace my 6 year old furnace for almost 9k! A co-worker recommended I call Bart Inman and I am so glad I did! Matt came out the next day and inspected everything. He was on-time, professional, and great! There was nothing wrong with my furnace! The pipes just needed to be replaced. Then he scheduled the repair when Brad came out and went above and beyond repaired the pipe and even made it so I could get my air filter out easier. Overall this was a great experience. The heater is running well and the two gentlemen that came out were honest, trustworthy, and actually knew what they were talking about. Nobody tried to sell me stuff I didn't need.
