Purchased a new Furnace and A/C from Harster about 2 years ago. They were fast, friendly, and affordable. Have had to call them for service once since then, and they were out here the same day. They were great, they explained everything they were doing and cleaned up when they were done. Again, fast, friendly, and affordable. Definitely recommend. Update: Purchased a new house that also needed a new HVAC. Harster was able to come in and custom design a system with dampers that was able to keep the upstairs cool with a high efficiency system. Great service, wonderful product.
I would like to thank Ryan for his superb attention to detail with an expedited solution for three failing HVAC units within my home. Ryan consistently provided support and information until the project was completed and followed up to ensure the installation was to my satisfaction. Lastly, the installation team, Robbie and Alex provided superior quality and service! If I have HVAC needs in the future, this will be my first stop. I can't speak highly enough of Harster - their parts department is excellent (they're always able to get the parts I need the same day), their service people are very knowledgeable and friendly (always taken the time to clearly explain what they did/found), and their sales people are the best I've encountered (always been reasonable in pricing and providing several options for cost/efficiency/features when replacing systems). I've recommended them to several friends & family members, and I've yet to hear anyone having a bad experience. Keep up the great work Harster!
