I manage an apartment complex of 388 units, and I called 2 other companies for a roof leak before calling Hulsey. The first company did a "repair" but the roof continued to leak. The second company did not show up at all. I called Hulsey and they inspected the roof the next day without disturbing the resident living in the apartment. I received an estimate for the repair that night and they sent me photos of the damage so I could better understand what was happening on the roof since I have not been up there myself. I signed the bid and the work was completed professionally the following Monday. It's rained twice since Mike repaired the roof and I'm happy to report there's no leaking!!
