It gives me great pleasure to share my experience with this company! Mr Jason Smith was my Plumbing Technician. He did an excellent job, on time very professional and very responsive! I highly recommend this company to anyone. There was a little hiccup but Mr Smith made sure I was the first one on his list this morning to correct the problem which was very minor. He assured me that he was going to make sure he the issue was resolved and he did just that before 9am this morning and it took him less than 10 mins to solved the issue! Called Pipe It Down this morning as we had a utility sink in the laundry room that had a leak I could not fix. Jason came out at noon,same day, and installed new faucets I had bought and installed shut off valves on both water lines. He also re-installed the water line fitting for the ice maker, as the old one didn’t work and didn’t meet code. His work was good and his prices were fair plus he was a nice guy to work with. Would not hesitate to call them again for any plumbing work.

Jason and his assistant did a good job on replacing the cast iron stack with PVC in our 4 family. We were happy with the cost as compared to other plumbers.
