Placke Roofing and Construction had done an awesome job fixing my roof. Their communication skills needs improvement, very lacking. If they can keep their promises of showing up on schedule days to do the work? I've learned that these days, contractors are hard to get a hold of, but that wasn't the case with PRC! I reached out to them last Thursday, and they got back ahold of me the same day with an estimate scheduled for the next (Friday). We had the contract signed and they finished the work on the next Tuesday! So, from start to finish, the project length was less than a week! They identified the issue, along with other recommendations that they had, and when we went with only the repair, we didn't get any push back from anyone. They didn't try to over sell us on anything! When project day came, they called ahead to let us know they were coming, and the project took no time at all! The folks that came out were incredibly professional and were able to show us what exactly they had done on our roof by providing photos after the work was complete. I recommend PRC to anyone that has roofing repair needs, and while I hope I don't need them any time soon, it is reassuring that I now have someone

This is absolutely the most garbage company I have ever encountered. My salesman & installers were great, but when it came to dealing with the guys in the office…absolute NIGHTMARE! No one knew what was going on, my scheduled install date was changed 3 times, & they were extremely rude! I would never recommend this company. Service: Roof installation
