We had a emergency water leak problem with our AC unit in the basement of our recently purchased condo. Called Reliable and Derrick was there within a couple of hours. He was polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. Derrick quickly found the problem and repaired it. He also checked the system overall, pointed our some concerns and answered all my questions. I can't say enough about how satisfied we were with Derrick and Reliable Heating & Cooling! We would definitely recommend them!!! Thanks again!!!!

The AC condenser unit's (the outside unit) blower fan was not turning on. Also heard a "hissing noise". It was going be a VERY hot day! I called the number on their website at 7:04 AM on Monday and left a message. Marty returned my call at 7:47 AM to let me know that Derek was going to show up by 9:30 AM. He was here as promised, and he diagnosed that the fan's capacitor had gone bad. The "hissing" noise was the refrigerant high-pressure bypass valve that was activating from overheating as a result of the inoperative fan. The capacitor was under warranty, so we only paid for the labor. Derek also checked the refrigerant pressure levels. We have been a long-time customer since the1990's, and have known Marty, Ralph, and Derek for several years. They are all terrific to work with! Well earned 5 out of 5 stars! I am extremely impressed with the customer service and knowledge of technicians Marty and Derek and office administrator Sarah. I’ve used them many years for seasonal maintenance, prior to using them for my HVAC installation. My AC went out during the hottest week of the year and Marty came out the next day and got it running for me while giving me time to get bids. I called them back 2 days later to schedule them to replace my HVAC system and Marty came out the following day to install a part to get me through the weekend until they could complete the HVAC installation that following Monday. They went above and beyond to ensure my home was kept cool in the interim, when temps had topped 100 degrees, and were very patient with all of my questions. They were very responsive, kept me updated and showed sincere concern for my needs, as well as having a reasonable price for their system replacement. I will continue to use Reliable for all of my HVAC needs and would recommend them to anyo
