First, Renaissance did a total assessment of my clay tile roof that was installed in 1930. The report included pictures and text, explaining all of the issues they observed in addition to the problem leak I had. They then created a phased plan to address the issues of the roof so as to not overwhelm me (and my budget), addressing the most pressing issues first. The actual repair crew was prompt and professional. The crew chief was available to talk to me during the process and update me on the project. The immediate issue was fixed and the project was completed on time. They kept an immaculate work area. Clay tile roof work is tricky business.
