This company is impressive... 100% professional all the way around. Everyone--and I *do* mean everyone's performance in the project--was stellar from beginning to end. The first (and very regular) contact was made by Jacob Graham and I can credit him for the incredibly smooth process in getting our tile roof repaired. His communication was clear, knowledgeable, prompt, and courteous; I am sure it was this degree of professionalism that made dealing with the insurance company fairly seamless. He communicated with the insurance adjuster, clarifying the project needs, a crucial step in the process. Again, my impression from subsequent communication with the adjuster: the utmost in professionalism is the default setting at Renaissance.
