"Okay, we're done." I've been having trouble with my furnace causing the breaker to trip for the last several weeks and had been (unsuccessfully) working with a different contractor to figure it out. I got in touch with Tom, and literally one phone call is all it took. He knew the right questions to ask to make sure he sent the right people out to take a look. Within 15 minutes of arriving, they found the problem "the other guys" hadn't identified in separate 2 trips and multiple phone calls over the last month. The guys from RJP were in and out in under an hour and everything's working great. What was close to becoming a $1500 panel replacement from someone else, came down to a one hour service call once I got a hold of the right people who knew their stuff. Highly recommend. Do yourself a favor, skip having your friend's uncle's cousin stop by after work and skip the endless list of so-called "contractors" on google. Put these guys on speed-dial.
