Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Needed lateral line replacement, basement and back yard. Required major excavation. Roto-Rooter did an amazing job, started the very next day and finished in 3 days. Expensive but when you see all of the work involved, very understandable. Crew was polite and professional. Cleaned up site when work was done. Large, capable, and professional company. We had a sewage backup in our basement during a recent storm and power outage. Roto-rooter came within about 2 hours, cleared the blockage, and started the clean-up and restoration the same day, as soon as we got power back. They were extremely responsive and professional. They coordinated directly with our insurance (except for the actual blockage clearing - we had to pay that up front and it was expensive). They are not cheap but we were pleasantly surprised by how quickly and efficiently they responded and cleaned up, especially during a major storm and blackout aftermath. Called this past week when we had a toilet constantly running and overflowing in our office. The excellent service started from the minute my phone call was answered. The woman on the phone was so nice and helpful. She scheduled a plumber to come out within a couple hours; between the hours of 12 and 5pm. I received a call around 2pm that the plumber was about 30 minutes out. The plumber showed up and was there maybe 20 minutes and our problem was solved. The last minute service call cost the business under $300. Just an overall fantastic experience. We will definitely be using Roto Rooter for any future plumbing needs.
