On a super cold night, I came home to find my heating out. Even though it was late, Kevin came in less than 30 minutes. When he couldn't fix it, they had three very reasonable quotes to me very early the next morning and were able to get it installed the next day! The whole team made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier. Would highly recommend.
Great service and super prompt response by phone. You can tell you aren't being put into a Que. He also listens to you describe the problem and was very upfront that there would be a slight additional charge because of the difficult way to access our four story building, which does not have a proper roof access point. Thanks for getting my condo cool again!
Mandy and Kevin have been a pleasure to work with. The work that was done in our home by St. Louis Heating and Air Conditioning was top notch! The work is very detailed and neat. There was nothing left behind that needed cleaning up. We received a lovely packet with our receipt and warranty information. It is easy to file away for future reference.
