We contracted with the Flat Roof Company (FRC) to repair our leaking commercial flat roof. They installed a completely new tapered system that changed the slope of the roof so that we no longer had standing water on the roof. We dealt with Anthony, and he was straight and direct and let me know of issues as they came up. We have a three-story building with a concrete decked roof on steel trusses. While FRC was performing the initial demolition portion of the roof, they discovered some structural issues that prevented them from properly repairing the roof. Anthony informed me that this was a rare occurance but that they would not be able to fix the roof until all structural issues were corrected. He said replacing the roof with the structural issues would cause severe problems in the future. Anthony then promply refunded me our deposit and told us to call him when the repairs were made, and he would do all he could to work us in his schedule to get the roof rescheduled as soon as p
