These people still haven't repaired the damage their tech.did to my furnace. this was intentional damage done by mike who left his robe and hood in his truck, and also over charged me 200.00 for a $40.00 filter, stating (we have to make money too}. Their office defended this BUM, so if you want honest service, there are many companies in this area that will give good and honest service. Before you waste your money on this SORRY Company, Check their web sight with the B.B.B. Vitt is so arrogant, they don't even respond to them. Service: Ductless heating & A/C services

WHY do we pay “professionals “ to GUESS? The price he verbally quoted me was $910 that was with leak find ( that he did not perform) and up to 3-4 lbs of coolant. That’s why I declined the repair. How is it that this company will come out to your property to do a diagnostic and in this description of this said diagnostic say “Could be a possible leak” ??? is it a leak or not. I could have guessed that for free. He was late looked at the unit for less than 10mins. Did not come in The system was less than 5years old installed. $89 was a high price GUESS. This was poor service by VITT. Would NOT recommend -10 out of 10 ***Updated** 2 hours after vitt came out I called another company and the came right out and recharged my system and they said no leaks was found. $150. And this was not a big name company. VITT and ACADEMY AIR ARE THE WORST!! You are paying for the commercials and the name. These kind of companies should only work on commercial real estates not homes. They are ridiculous

I had a new system installed. We were told one price, then ended up paying a must higher price. They kept both Ameren and Spire rebates. I tried calling and speaking with the manger of this company. He would not return my phones calls. I did notice that they didn't install all new duck work with the new unit. I've been trying to call Jerry Safely he has not returned any of my phone calls. I notice on one of the 5 star reviews was from Jerry Safely. He wrote a long 5 star review about his own company, appearing to be a customer. I'm confused about this company.
