We had a bad sewer back-up, and I must’ve called 5 or 6 plumbers who advertised as being 24/7, but not one of the could come until the next day—and we still had water coming in! I finally got ahold of Derek, who came right out and fixed everything. Then he gave me the number of a clean-up place and stayed and called them with me so he could explain the situation to them.
