I called 3 companies to replace a defective 1 inch backflow assembly that I failed. It was a very simple job with easy access. Although headquartered 45 miles from the job, Cole's was the only one willing to file the permit, get it scheduled and get it done. I've used them in the past on another assembly that I also failed and I've found they are responsive, honest and timely. Very professional company.
