First impression for urgent matter was very positive, he seemed willing to address, but could not get to it until after 1p. We spoke at 7a. With rental guests arriving at 2p, wife who was at rental home, while I was out of town 3 hours away, found another service company that could be there by 8:30 a.m. When I learned of the other service co and advised Kelvin at 8:15, he got serious smart*** attitude. Appreciated his willingness to help, but certainly would not call again.
Same day service. Kevlin came to the house the same day I called and quickly diagnosed the problem. Fortunately it turned out to be a bad condenser: quick and easy to fix and the cost was reasonable. Good job!
