William’s service was beyond compare. He came immediately to our assistance when our A/C went out, EVEN though it was after hours. He stayed until we had air again and were taken care of. Oh yes another service that Balls provides and I’m so thankful. I truly believe that they have the best techs available. Today Justin Garrett came out and immediately diagnosed my plumbing issues with must confidence and fulfilled all of the attributes above. He also took all the bad parts and trash out of my house. David Denecke and Mikel McGill are top notch technicians at Ball. David looked over my A/C unit after I called to report that my A/C had stopped cooling several times at the end of June. He could not find anything wrong with it other than it was almost 20 years old and was probably on its last leg. I decided to have a new A/C installed so David showed me some recommendations and was very knowledgeable in all the features and came back out to the house the next day after I decided which one I was going with and took measurements and set up the install date. The installation was less than a week after the initial call and was installed on July 3rd. The installer, Mikel McGill, showed up on time and had the new unit installed and everything cleaned up in about 5 hours and that included rebuilding the inside of the cabinet where the inside unit goes. I am very pleased with the quality of work and will continue to use Ball for any future needs. Services: A/C system maintenance, Install AC
