Fortenberry Roofing responded quickly to my request to obtain a quote for repairing my roof. I was impressed with the multiple lines of communication. Fortenberry Roofing never once mentioned wanting to deal with my insurance company directly. Once the contract was signed, materials were delivered quickly. The crew were in, working and completed in 2 days. They even cleaned up the site after, I only found maybe 3 nails (but finding nails is to be expected after such work). It was a pleasure working with Fortenberry Roofing. Kelly was very professional upon arriving at our house. He gave us a GAF folder that explained the roofing materials and color choices. After surveying the roof and taking pictures, Kelly sent us a detailed estimate of the repairs required including an Eagle Eye view of the house. He did not pressure us to select his company. The Fortenberry crew (Darryl - crew chief) arrived on time and ready to work. As the work progressed, we were notified of any additional repairs that were necessary. Excellent Company. We had entire roof replaced. Their crew worked hard, cleaned up after working each day. The roof looks wonderful. One of our neighbors liked it so much, they are getting a new one from them. Highly recommend them
