I called Precise Plumbing on the weekend. Mrs. Jennifer answered the phone very nicely. I explained my problem. It was a little late in the day so she said that the technician could be at my house Monday morning. Monday morning Mr. Richard called on time to let me know that he was going to be on his way shortly. He arrived on time and introduced himself. I informed him of my finding and he proceeded to check my garbage disposal. After assessing the problem he gave me several options. After agreeing on how to proceed he was quick to get the tools from his truck and replace the garbage disposal. He was a pleasant person to talk to. Observing his work I could tell that he know what he was doing very well. He doubled check on his work to make sure it was up to the highest expectations.
