Matt was awesome. My insurance company made the process as long and convoluted as possible. Matt and the folks at Renova roofing explained everything and showed great patients when dealing with my crazy insurance company. The work was spot on. The guys they sent out to do the roof were fast, respectful, and they even touched up the paint that got chipped when the roof came off. When they were done they cleaned up every little piece of debris and left my year nice and tidy. The roof looks beautiful. I would definitely recommend their service to family and friends. My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Renova! After all the heavy rainfall from this past summer, we discovered some water damage in our kitchen & it was determined that we had improper drainage on our back patio cover adjacent to the roof. The age of the roof was also an issue. I contacted Renova for an estimate and they came out that same day. We signed papers on a Saturday and had materials delivered that following Monday, then the roofers started work on Tuesday. All in all, we had a full roof replacement, a full back patio cover replacement, seamless gutter installation, and internal sheetrock repair. All of their crews were very friendly & made sure to include us in the process. They worked quickly but were still thorough. Our consultant, Christian, would come by periodically & perform quality inspections, and he was quick to fix any deficiencies. Christian also made sure to communicate with us frequently to keep us advised of any delays or schedule changes. My

Our roof sprang a leak during one of our many rainstorms that have come through. Renova was the first company to get back with me, and Christian came out the same day to diagnose the issue. As it turned out, we needed a new roof, and this was confirmed by 2 other contractors. We hired Christian and his crew to do the job, and we were not disappointed. Materials were delivered the day after we signed the contract. Once the weather cooperated, they came out in the morning and were done by 7 that same night. They did a great job with clean up. Like any construction project, there will always be small pieces found in the days and weeks to come. Luckily, they focused a lot on cleaning up any stray nails, which was our biggest concern with kids and a dog. Overall very pleased and would use again if needed.
