Watkins Construction & Roofing was very professional and done a great job after our recent hail damages, Mr Johnny Consastus came out evaluated my roof, the crew who came out to do the work were very professional to my surprise the old roof was torn off and new roof was replaced within one day, they protected the plants and cleaned the debris from the yard, everything was nice and neat when they left that evening,... Mr Brandon Davis was job manager he came out to the house the evening before to make sure all supplies had been delivered, so when his crew showed up next morning all materials would be here so there would be no delays, once the roof was completed he made a final inspection to make sure everything was complete and cleaned to my satisfaction... Miss Stephanie the office secretary made sure that I was informed weekly by texts to let me know the job was on schedule each week once we had a Job date scheduled and set. We were very pleased with everything from the beginning to completion. Johnny took care of all preparations, paperwork, meeting with insurance adjuster and stopping by to ensure all was going well and if we had any concerns. Made sure I was pleased with the overall outcome and we definitely were. Roof and all clean up was completed all in one day. We have had many compliments on the look and style of our roof. This was the second time I had the opportunity to work with the Todd White and the people at Watkins. The first time was just a small job; this time was the result of a storm. They are a pleasure to work with and the work they do is outstanding. They replaced my entire roof in a day and left my home with little evidence that they had even been there (except for my beautiful new roof!) They communicated with my insurance, and everything was accomplished with very little effort from me. They are friendly and professional.
