We had storm / wind damage to the front of our house recently. Our insurance company sent Watkins Construction to evaluate and give us an estimate on the repair. They came quickly, at the time they stated and their representative was very friendly and professional. We chose to have them do the repairs and they took care of everything. One team did the woodwork repair and the next day another team came out to replace the gutters. State Farm instructed them to reuse anything still usable but in doing so we were disappointed with part of the repair. Watkins immediately backed out the section and had the whole thing repaired like new! They worked with us and took into consideration our interests completely. They told us to call them if we had any problems or concerns with their work. They didn’t even ask for payment until a couple days later to be sure we were happy!
