I found a hole in my roof caused by a racoon. I contacted Mike at New Horizon Roofing. Not only did he come right out to assess and assist, he kept his team on notice until we could evacuate the Raccoon family. Once they were able to complete the repair they were friendly, professional and did exemplary work. I felt their pricing was very reasonable for the job and he stayed true to his original quote. They documented the entire process and shared photos throughout the repair. This was invaluable as I was out of town while they worked at my property. Omgosh!! Where do I begin? Well, it all started with a referral from our good friends to New Horizon Roofing and Exteriors. We made first contact with Samuel, who was so pleasant and down to earth! Talking to him about getting a new roof was like talking to a friend who had our best interests at heart! After we got the estimate which beat out the rest (we got several), we settled on the details. After that we started talking with Mike who was present when all of the work began. Both Samuel and Mike were professional and really friendly. They both had an easygoing, disarming manner that is a welcome change in the world of business. The workmen were also very friendly. They literally worked from almost sun up to sun down. They started yesterday morning promptly at 7 a.m. and worked into the early night, around 6:30 p.m. They returned this morning at 7:00 a.m. and finished around 2:30 p.m. So, in all, it took them fewer than 18 hours (excluding lunches) between the two days to
