I had to purchase a new refrigerator, and when it was delivered, discovered that the old connective pipe had disintegrated. I called ASAP and spoke to Tammy, who, as always, was very accommodating. She sent Mark to fix my problem the same day. Mark was very personable and friendly, and I could tell that he liked helping others. My problem was fixed in no time.
