Poor customer service, Initial call I was told Friday maybe Monday. I missed their call friday and called back, I was directed to call back Monday. Just called back and the grief I received for missing her phone call was inexcusable. Still trying to resolve my issue I asked to figure out a new time and she said if I don't answer her call I can't get a technician. Thanks but I'll find someone with a better scheduling system as I work for a living and do not stand by awaiting her random phone call.
Dustin and his team installed a mini-split. The team was fast and professional. The install looks great and the unit is blowing cold as ice! Service: Install AC
Dustin and his crew did awesome and efficient work. They made sure every avenue was covered before they left for the day, going the extra mile to make sure everything was working perfect and we were happy before they left.
