**UPDATE** I received an email from Sarah to set up a call to discuss my comments. I wasn't sure what to expect, but what I got from her and Greg who was also on the line was straight professionalism, honesty, an honest apology and a solution to the billing issue I had without drama, in fact Sarah led with that. Not what I expected. They also sincerely thanked me for my honest feedback as a way to make their business better. This does not happen folks. You can't get this level of customer service at McDonald's over cold fries any more! Since the call she has also helped with warranty and rebates questions I had until solved. Once again I am so happy I went with GSR and with this experience I would highly recommend to others to go with them for roof repairs. I now have no doubt that if I had a warranty issue, they would also stand behind that and get it fixed for me. This is 5/5 star's performance!! I was referred to Gulf South Roofing by a co-worker who loved them. I called them and they sent out a roof consultant, Joey, who assisted me in picking out shingles, the color of the shingles, how much, and he scheduled my roof replacement. On my scheduled day, the 7-8 roofers showed up early in the morning, set the job up beautifully, did the job, then expertly cleaned up!! They were done by lunch time and I have a medium sized house. They know exactly how to set up and break down where there are almost zero nails remaining. If you need a new roof, get these guys. They are awesome! Service: Roof installation

Joey and his crew did excellent work. Very professional, started first thing in the morning & worked till dark. His crew made sure that my flowers were not damaged and they made sure everything was cleaned up when they were finished. Reasonable in price ,went to great lengths to make sure everything was taken care of. They also took care of my dads house in Biloxi putting on a new roof there and Joey made sure everything was done to our liking. I have another house that we might need to put a new roof on & I will definitely be calling Gulf South Roofing for the job. Service: Roof installation
