Very quick response to repair my ac unit. They showed me what was wrong and recommendation. Very good service.
Horton came out to look at my AC for Choice home Warranty. The compressor was shot. Now the bad news. Choice home Warranty refused to pay my claim. They made up a bogus excuse and there is nothing I can do except tell you they are a ripoff company. (Choice NOT Horton) Horton agreed to install a new compressor and ONLY charge for labor. Parts were billed at his actual cost. This guy is GREAT. Trustworthy and fairly priced. I highly recommend.
Was able to get next day service after calling later in the evening. Was extremely helpful and addressed the issue quickly and resolve it while also doing a full inspection and found another issue we were able to do preventative maintenance on. Would highly recommend!
