I was in a real tough spot trying to fix an older shower faucet. I stopped in Hughes and met a wonderful sales tech named Andrea Nord. She searched the inventory, offered outstanding customer service and excellent suggestions which solved my problem. I’ll definitely go back and recommend others to try Hughes on 28th Street. Thanks a bunch. Doug LeMere.
If I could rate lower I would. The young kids “working” at this location could not be anymore useless if they tried. Completely incapable of cross referencing parts, giving information on use. Guess I’ll use Furgusson.
They're great people and very helpful while purchasing supplies. They know their business.
