They replaced our roof after Katrina, the crew did excellent work and even cleaned our yard up after they were finished

Called about repairs to my mobile home. I told them it wasn’t a big job and the lady assured me no job is too small. She said someone would be out to give an estimate. A gentleman did come out and said he walked around the place and would give me an estimate soon. That was three weeks+ and haven’t heard a thing. I’ve called the office at least three times for an update and each time the lady asks for my address and phone number again. She says she’ll check it out and call me back - she never does. If the company doesn’t want to do the repairs that’s fine - just let me know.

Gentleman who came to do initial review for estimate was professional and knowledgeable. He also didn't try and sell me a new roof, which I respected. The crew that came to do the actual repairs to the roof were polite and professional, and discussed the issues with me. An overall good experience.
