I have been trying to get them to come see to a leak in the new roof they put on after Hurricane Sally, but after 4 calls and two weeks, I can't get anyone to even call me. I hope they are as reputable as I hear.... Still waiting Service: Custom fabrication

Called about repairs to my mobile home. I told them it wasn’t a big job and the lady assured me no job is too small. She said someone would be out to give an estimate. A gentleman did come out and said he walked around the place and would give me an estimate soon. That was three weeks+ and haven’t heard a thing. I’ve called the office at least three times for an update and each time the lady asks for my address and phone number again. She says she’ll check it out and call me back - she never does. If the company doesn’t want to do the repairs that’s fine - just let me know.
