Originally my appointment was scheduled for 9-10am. After 11am without a call or anything, I had to call again. Mike, the person I spoke to both times, was very apologetic for not actually putting me on their schedule and assured it would be corrected. My appt was then set to be between 3-4pm. The work was relatively quick and efficient but I was not offered any type of compensation for their scheduling mishap. Edit in response to owner: I was aware of the discount but was told that was the discount for being a veteran, not for the administrative mishap.

My toilet was not properly flushing. The reviews is why I hired Southern Sewer Services. And every 5-star rating is confirmed! They were the epitome of honesty, professionalism, courtesy, and exceptional quality. They request a $100.00 fee for inspecting your issue and you owe it, even if you decide to not accept their offer. BUT, the prices are so “fair” and the work is of the highest quality, and the $100.00 is applied to bill. You can’t lose! Ran into an issue during my remodel that I was afraid would hold things up for days. Called Southern Sewer Services and Mike (the owner) was at my house within an hour, had the problem diagnosed quickly, and fixed the issues on the spot. From the call to completion, it only took a few hours. Very reasonable price, and Mike even helped the guys working on my house with another small issue at no extra charge! I was blown away by the service, and the speed and quality of Mikes work. This is the only place you need to call for all your plumbing needs! Thanks Mike, you made a customer for life today!
