They were the epitome of honesty, professionalism, courtesy, and exceptional quality. They request a $100.00 fee for inspecting your issue and you owe it, even if you decide to not accept their offer. BUT, the prices are so “fair” and the work is of the highest quality, and the $100.00 is applied to bill. You can’t lose! Mike was our plumber and he was outstanding. He was very thorough and gave us multiple options for the repair and price, which were very reasonable. He was upfront about everything, on time and had it fixed in no time. He had a really positive and kind attitude! He even entertained the kiddos while they followed him watching him work. Veteran owned company which is why I called them first over anyone else. I’ve used this company twice since I moved here in September. The owner showed up the same day I called to look at a small leak from my washing machine. It ended up being a missing gasket that I forgot to install when I hooked it up. He could’ve easily taken advantage and charged me for a repair but he advised me to run to Home Depot to grab the gasket to save myself a repair bill. A few months later i discovered a faulty/leaking bathtub filler for our master bath jacuzzi tub. I didn’t hesitate to call Southern Sewer for this issue. He came out and saw the problem and ordered the part right there. Came back a few weeks later and got to work. Replaced the part and installed a color matched access hatch into the side of the tub for easy repair in case I wanted to handle it myself. As long as I’m on the MS Gulf Coast I’ll use this company.
