I recently had the pleasure of working with Jeffery from Muse Heating. He was knowledgeable and professional, and he quickly identified the problem with my unit. Not only did he fix it, but he also checked it for other issues and performed routine maintenance. Additionally, he told me about a program where I could have both my furnace and air conditioner included in one service plan. All in all, I was very impressed - great customer service.
We called around to multiple HVAC companies in the Horn Lake area, but Muse Heating was the quickest to respond and had the most reasonable quote. Not only were they nice and professional, but also incredibly efficient. They were able to come out on the same day and fixed our air conditioner without any issues.
