Woke up to the entire front wall of my house, inside and outside, without power. No porch light outside, no foyer light inside, as well as 2 bedrooms and the living room without power. Called two companies: one didn't return my call and the second had a 2-week backlog. My third call was truly a blessing...Bratcher Electric LLC. Mr. Bratcher arrived on time at the agreed upon hour. He went above and beyond to restore power to the affected rooms. Every step of the way, he explained to my husband and me what he was doing and why. The parts that were replaced, he showed to us and again explained why they needed replacing. We were most impressed by his honesty and fairness.
