My dad's air went out on a Wed afternoon and it was fixed by Thursday morning. They were friendly, cost efficient, arrived on time, and got the problem fixed in a timely manner. We would recommend and use them again.
Modern Air has always steered me right. My last AC company was sold to a national outfit, and the technicians became more like salesmen, wanting to replace the entire unit. Billy Harvey found the problem in less than a minute, and had me up and running and upgraded for just over $200. They have done work at my fathers place, too, and always been honest and fair.
