Dealing with Watkins has been a great experience from dealing with salesman Joel who was so informative and the nicest guy to Ashley who coordinated the work order and kept us updated to Django who did the actual repair. Django also was nice enough to repair a small area that had not been included in the work order. I highly recommend this company. They do professional work and are great to work with! Let me start off by saying that Watkins Construction & Roofing accommodated all of my roofing needs. First, I was given a repair date that was more than a month away. Understandably due to the recent and recurring storms that the surrounding areas incurred. I had multiple active leaks, so they worked it out and within less than a week moved my appointment up 3 weeks. Second, the 2 man crew sent were very courteous; and though there was a slight language barrier, I was able to understand what they were doing using a phone translator. Also, I understood and could speak some of their language. When I tell you these guys were thorough! I thought it would be a quick 1-2 hr fix, but they took their time ensuring everything was right and perfect. The repairs I needed actually made the roof look noticeably nicer.
