I recently had to have some repair work done on my roof. I was grateful, first of all, that they were honest with me and didn’t tell me I needed a whole new roof. I was very pleased with everything—from my first phone call to the company, to my interactions with the estimator Jamie, to scheduling and communications with Stephanie. Though it took several months to get the work done, it was worth the wait. Watkins did an outstanding job on the roof. They arrived when they said they would, finished the job on time and thoroughly cleaned up the mess. Let me start off by saying that Watkins Construction & Roofing accommodated all of my roofing needs. First, I was given a repair date that was more than a month away. Understandably due to the recent and recurring storms that the surrounding areas incurred. I had multiple active leaks, so they worked it out and within less than a week moved my appointment up 3 weeks. Second, the 2 man crew sent were very courteous; and though there was a slight language barrier, I was able to understand what they were doing using a phone translator. Also, I understood and could speak some of their language. When I tell you these guys were thorough! I thought it would be a quick 1-2 hr fix, but they took their time ensuring everything was right and perfect. The repairs I needed actually made the roof look noticeably nicer.
