Terry Gibson Heating & Air professionally installed our 4-ton, 15 SEER, American Standard AC and Heating Central Unit, American Standard AccuClean Whole House Air Filtration System and a 40-gal Rheem water heater back in 2011. He installed 3 ducts in closets and bathrooms to enhance the air flow. Terry placed insulation to our hall central unit utility closet. It made a big difference. Since installing our unit, he has provided appropriate effective maintenance at an affordable price.
ATTN: People who are wanting or needing their AC/HEATER worked on DO NOT CALL TERRY GIBSON heat & air service!!! That guy is HORRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL every day for a week he said he was on his way to my house and never showed up and when he did decide to show up he was on his phone 90% of the time and he told us he changed the capacitor on our unit and come to find out he never did it was the same part on there before and he charged us for it too! We had to call out another guy to come fix our stuff bc I got tired of waiting and I'm just so pissed so please if you need service on your stuff DO NOT CALL TERRY GIBSON!!!!!! HE IS A UNPROFESSIONAL LIAR below is a picture of what he was suppose to change!
Professional, reliable and a sound businessman .He finished sooner than expected and the price was fair and reasonable. I will definitely refer him to anyone who needs this service.
