I bid three roofing companies and Key Roofing presented the best price. The materials showed up the day before the work was scheduled. Their workers showed up promptly as scheduled. They striped all the old roofing off and installed the new roof in one long day. They placed tarps around the house to throw the old materials down on so did not make a mess. They replaced several pieces of rotten facia and a few spots of rotten decking on my roof. When finished they ran magnets around my yard to pick up any dropped nails etc. The next day the owner showed up to inspect the premises. He had a worker come back and touch up a few items that I had missed in my inspection. Overall, they exceeded my expectations. I would use them again. Service: Roof installation
