This company rips customer off. Stay away. My background. I am the end user of refrigeration and ac repair service. And because of these unethical dishonest people, I decided to go to school to learn more about refrigeration and ac. I end up being a certified technician. But ac and refrigeration is not my trade. I was a restaurant and motel owner. I am retired now. But I was called on a walk-in freezer that I am responsible for. The condenser is on the roof has a rusted out dryer. The evaporate coil was frozen up. I am not physically able to pulled freon, nitrogen, torch set, vacuum pump on the roof. So we called American Refrigeration. They sent a Technician who is less able than I am, he is little senior in age than I. The worst of all, he is lazy and unethical. While I was waiting for them to show up, I refilled the unit with 404A, went to supply house to pick up a new dryer and have lunch. I emailed American Refrigeration Heating & Air Conditioning Co explaining the issue I was having with my furnace. I'm a pretty handy person and traced the issue to a bad blower motor. That job is a bit out of my league and I needed a professional. They quickly responded with a phone call. They gave me a good quote and worked around my schedule to come perform the repairs. The technician did an excellent job and completed the work quickly. Overall it was an easy process at a fair price. I would recommend them to anyone needing service done to their HVAC system.
