Called them for a tub faucet install. THE GUY DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO PUT IT IN. Worked on it about 30 minutes then moved on to install the faucet on the sink. Later told me he couldn't do the tub. Still charged me for the 30 minutes he wasted. But it gets better. I had to call another plumber to fix the sink faucet because it wasn't draining properly. UPDATED REVIEW: STILL using Charles Jones - still quality work! Called them and they were out within 30 minutes - got me fixed in an hour. Both guys were very professional and knowledgeable. A lot of places won't work on mobile homes, but they do, so that plus their quality work is exactly why I use them EVERY TIME. I wish they would let me post two positive reviews, but they only let me edit the first one. TEN STARS!!! FIRST REVIEW FROM 2 YEARS AGO: I've used them twice in the past, one time on an emergency weekend call. They came right out, and saved the day! It's hard to find a company that comes out on the weekends AND works on mobile home plumbing, but they got it taken care of quickly, efficiently, AND affordably - even for a weekend!
