I called on Tuesday and Holden was out the same day for a quote. I received the quote on Wednesday with a follow up call to see if I had any questions. I agreed to the quote and thought it would be 1-2 weeks before they could get started, but they were able to get started the next day! I had rotten wood on the fascia and soffit boards and the gutters had to be re-done with drip guard. I also had some rotten wood around the chimney that needed to be replaced. The crew that came out took care of ALL of it in a timely and professional manner. I was so impressed with the workers who truly wanted to do a good job and make sure I was happy. Great service and communication. They worked with my insurance following an hail storm and got them all the info that was needed. From first claim file to new roof installed was less than 3 weeks. Cleanup from the roof replacement was great. No trash, debris or nails left anywhere. They prepped the job site and made sure everything was back in place prior to leaving.
