They have not returned my call in two weeks. Update: After they saw this review, they sent a guy to my house two days later. He recleaned the coils under warranty, but he charged me over $500 for clearing an algae plug from the drain and topping up the coolant. Original cleaning was over $1,300. I would not recommend making this the first group that you call.
I have nothing but good things to say about our experience with Pure Air Consultants. They were very helpful from the first phone call through completion of work. Not only did they do an EXCELLENT job but the office staff and the technicians were very knowledgeable, competent and friendly. Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning
Warning!!!!! they will charge you almost a hundred dollars just to come to your house. I literally stay 2 minutes from the store. I don't mind paying for the recharge but 94.50 just to come to my home is not acceptable in my eyes. Honestly the word GREED comes to mind. Note.. the guy was there just 15-20 minutes Service: A/C system maintenance
