Said the issue was fixed but it was not on first visit. Left without confirming it was fixed. I called the gentleman immediately after and he said he'd already left the property so we'd have to call and make a new appointment. Second appointment was a week+ later (no AC during that time) and again the gentleman was non-communicative. I had to drag what was the actual issue out of him. He once again left without confirming the vents were blowing cool air. So far it seems to be fixed. We shall see... Service: A/C system repair

Our air was NOT blowing cold air!! Well we were told that our COMPRESSOR was out! Turns out that was WRONG!! We got SOMEONE else to look at it and it was another part!! We were quoted $1200 to get it fixed by Climate King which was NOT correct!! It turns out that it ONLY cost $120!! We got some one else to do it for $120 and we now have a functional ac unit NO THANKS to Climate King! I would NEVER call you all back!!

These people are crooks my insurance was paying for parts and labor. But they tried to charge me $ 350 for wire modification, which you only unplugged the wire harness from the compressor and plug the same wire harness into the new compressor. Then they tried to charge me $225 for coil modification that's part of labor heat the coil cut it or pull it out attach it to the new compressor then seal it. Then they tried to charge me $120 for cleaning the coil on the unit you can buy coil cleaner from the hardware store for $20 . I'm glad I knew about HVAC from working with my father who has been doing this for over 30 years. Climate King was trying to get paid from the insurance company and the homeowner , people beware of these companies they are crooks and will get you everytime if you don't know better.
