These people are crooks my insurance was paying for parts and labor. But they tried to charge me $ 350 for wire modification, which you only unplugged the wire harness from the compressor and plug the same wire harness into the new compressor. Then they tried to charge me $225 for coil modification that's part of labor heat the coil cut it or pull it out attach it to the new compressor then seal it. Then they tried to charge me $120 for cleaning the coil on the unit you can buy coil cleaner from the hardware store for $20 . I'm glad I knew about HVAC from working with my father who has been doing this for over 30 years. Climate King was trying to get paid from the insurance company and the homeowner , people beware of these companies they are crooks and will get you everytime if you don't know better.

The 5* is for the two men who did the job, Justin and Paul. They did a great job. But the rest, I will give a 1*. First of all my insurance company said that they paid for parts and labor costs for this job, I was charged $1,860.00 for one pad two lock caps and soldering two 3/4 and two 1/4 copper lines, to me that just don't make no sense at all!!! We waited for over five weeks in 100 degree and better weather before the job was completed. I called climate king two or three times about the ac unit, each time I was told that the parts had not arrived. I found out later that they had been received and signed for by the manager I was lied to. After I found out that the parts were at climate king then they took action about putting it in. In the process of all of this I asked them why was they giving me the runaround, no response. I will say this, I hope that other people don't have to go through what we went through.

A technician came to my home on last Wednesday. He was able to diagnose the issue after 15 short mins. As he was leaving he told me he was submitting the necessary documents to continue processing my claim and my warranty company would have it by that evening. I checked with my warranty company on Thursday am and there was no document. Both my company and I reached out to Climate King who stated it would be two hours at the most before my warranty company will be able to access the document. I called back that afternoon still nothing. It is now Monday morning and Climate king has still not submitted what's needed. I have called everyday besides Sunday bc they were closed and I've been given the same excuse. Well this morning the young lady attempted to act like the document had been submitted when everyone else already confirmed as of Saturday the tech had not done it. Now I am being told that the tech is busy and it will be a few hours before he is able to submit something that should
