Thank you to Keith’s Heating & Air! I can see why they have so many positive reviews and I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to say a good word. I used Keith’s after our A/C went out in the middle of July. Trying to find someone as soon as possible was a priority and they were able to squeeze me in the same day! Before calling Keith’s I called 2 other companies and they didn’t even answer the phone. The technicians even got the A/C working that same day. Unfortunately, our unit was almost 20 years old so the repair didn’t take so we ended up giving Keith’s our business again because of the great experience the first time and reasonable installation pricing. Our heating and air conditioning is 41 years old and in need of replacement. We called and talked to Elizabeth and she set up an appointment for Josh to come out and talk with us. He was so knowledgeable about his job that my husband signed a contract for a new heating and cooling system. Our appointment was setup for Tuesday morning. Bear and Mike was our installers. They showed up around 8:45 today. We was very pleased with their work ethics, they were very courteous and professional. Hard workers and you could tell that they have a lot of pride in their work. They had everything done by a little after 3 today. So very Happy. Keith,the owner came over to meet us and make sure all was going well. He is the kind of person that we like doing business with.
