I asked Keith if he could replace my inside and outside unit on a Thursday, he had his lead technician (who is also a Master Electrician) at my house two days later on a Saturday morning on Memorial Day weekend to replace the units. Chris ( lead technician) was professional and on time and when he was done, I never knew he was there other than the cold A/C blowing after he was finished . Chris hauled the old unit and trash off when he left. Couldn’t be more pleased with their service. Top notch work at a fair price. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing an honest A/C company. This is the first review I’ve ever left for any company. Well deserved. Thank you to Keith’s Heating & Air! I can see why they have so many positive reviews and I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to say a good word. I used Keith’s after our A/C went out in the middle of July. Trying to find someone as soon as possible was a priority and they were able to squeeze me in the same day! Before calling Keith’s I called 2 other companies and they didn’t even answer the phone. The technicians even got the A/C working that same day. Unfortunately, our unit was almost 20 years old so the repair didn’t take so we ended up giving Keith’s our business again because of the great experience the first time and reasonable installation pricing.
